The new model for PEM hydro-electrolysis in the HyjadeChain, is a new and powerful product line in the current PEM electrolysis portfolio over 10 MW. The modular design of the HY-H300 makes unique use of the scaling effect, thus significantly reducing the investment costs. HyjadeChain recommends that the production capacity of the latest series of hydrogen generators is 0.01Nm3 /h ~ 300Nm3/h. PEM type hydrogen generator uses pure water as electrolyte, less pollution, non-corrosive, high hydrogen purity. Compared with alkaline hydrogen generators, it can operate in the range of 0 to 10096 with a fast response speed, with higher current density and electrolytic efficiency (up to 85b). Thus, the electrolytic cell can be lightweight, land free and operation free adjustment.
- The first megawatt PEM hydrogen production system running
In September 2020, the first megawatt and PEM electrolytic water hydrogen production project realized system construction and acceptance. The system has been in operation for one month, the electrolytic power of the system has reached 1.3MW, the hydrogen production rate is 260Nm³/h, 0-150% adjustable, the hydrogen production purity is 99.9995%, the outlet hydrogen pressure is 3.8MPa, and the hydrogen supply can be achieved in 5 minutes. At present, the system is the first megawatt-level PEM hydrogen production system in China, and the hydrogen production scale can meet the application of hydrogen production energy storage, hydrogen refueling station and other fields.
